We offer our athletes lactate testing to help asses the capacity of your bodies energy systems. Together we will outline your hart rate and power zones to help optimize your personal training for maximum results.
Maybe training schedules aren’t your thing and you’re simply looking to get a better handle on how to target that next goal. We offer sit down consulting to offer our experience and analytical approach towards giving you guidelines to structure your next block of racing and training.
Several of our coaches have helped teach classes or worked with various sports teams to give focused presentations on anything from nutrition, training periodization, and race tactics. We love to educate and share our knowledge where applicable.
